Carrie Breed – Joint Healthwatch Bexley Manager
Carrie graduated from the University of Westminster in 1997 with a First-Class Honours Degree in Social Science, Law and Society Pathway. Carrie has extensive experience in the voluntary, criminal justice, health and and education sectors having held varied project management roles at Westminster Association for Mental Health, Victim Support Lambeth, London Probation Service, London Action Trust, the Furzedown Project, Dulwich Helpline, London South Bank University, Rambert Contemporary Dance Company, the University of Kent, and the Family Holiday Charity.
Following a return to Higher Education in 2015, Carrie secured a Master’s Degree in Criminology at the University of Kent, and then proceeded to manage the award-winning National Breathing Space Wellbeing Project at Mind in Bexley throughout the Covid-19 pandemic.

Jayne Garfield-Field - Joint Healthwatch Bexley Manager
Jayne graduated from Greenwich University in 2016 with a 1st Class Honours degree in Public Health. She joined Healthwatch Bexley in May 2016 as the Volunteer and Engagement Coordinator and since 2018, has been the manager at Healthwatch Bexley.
Previously Jayne worked for Mind in Bexley on a Social Prescribing pilot scheme and for a local community trust as a Community Engagement Officer. She has worked extensively in the community and in schools, promoting health messages and engaging with the public, particularly in deprived areas.
