Enter and Views Team
Healthwatch Bexley has statutory powers to visit health and social care services in a variety of settings; that are publically funded.
Enter and View volunteers are a small group of volunteers who; visit health and social care services to listen to services users, and observe and assess the service being provided. They are specially trained to carry out this work and how to exercise their powers appropriately, using the guidelines as set down by Department of Health. This is a highly skilled and sensitive role.
After an Enter and View visit, a report is written with suggestions for improvements and recommendations.
